Further Information
Peel House (also known as Tower House) was built in the 18 century with some later additions, internally there some period beams exposed and other period features but the property has been is use for may years as a shop and more recently used as a beauty salon but the current owners have now obtained full planning permission for residential use . The “town house” has a large window facing the Corn Exchange and square with brick and rendered elevations under a slate roof.

The house is set in a largely, residential square, in the heart of the town and can be approached either by foot or car via the Corn Exchange or via Cook Row.

The owners have carried out some works over the years to include some refurbishments and decoration and the replacement of the central heating boiler, but there is still scope for a new owner to add further improvements to the property.

The unique nature of the property and the fact it was formally a shop gives an interesting layout with two entrance doors, one to the Reception hallway and one direct to the front reception room. The main and principle door gives access to a wide Reception Hall with stairs to first floor and access to all other ground floor rooms. The main reception is extremely bright with large former shop window overlooking the square and towards The White Hart Public House. To the rear and side of the house is the fitted Kitchen with window facing towards Wimborne Minster. Door to a small outside area with provides external areas for flowers or herb garden and storage for bikes etc, This area has an easement to allow access and in favour of the next-door neighbour.

Stairs up form the Entrance/Reception Hallway to the first floor landing.

From the first floor landing all upstairs rooms are accessed, with Two Bedrooms and Bathroom.  Both Bedrooms are a generous size, the principle bedroom enjoying views over the square. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite with tiled areas. The second bedroom runs the entire length of the Kitchen and patio area below and is a good sized second bedroom.

Outside
In common with the other properties within the Square the front boundary on the street pavement, there is a small patio/covered area to the rear of the kitchen and access via a gate on Cook Row, this area provides some storage, for bikes etc. and the current owners have some flowers and shrubs in pots planted.

The Minster`s Green is only about 30 yards from the property and an ideal place to sit in the sun and watch town life pass by.
