Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

The best of both worlds, a short drive into the hustle and bustle of the City of Canterbury with its array of shops, bars and restaurants or a short walk into unparalleled countryside. However, you do feel you are in a different world in the tranquil setting of Nonington Court with some stunning communal grounds, which is idyllic if you want to take a stroll into the countryside.

There is plenty of parking which is great if you have more than one car or if you have friends and family to come and visit. Inside the current owner has kept the apartment in very good condition and also added a new shower room, so there is nothing for you to do.

Being on the third floor you have some wonderful views of the communal grounds, there is also a residents gym on site, how often do you hear that? After a hard day at work let off some steam by heading to the gym for a work-out, imagine the money you could save.

The village of Nonington is very picturesque with some lovely views which you can take in on a Sunday stroll.

Also access to Deal, Dover, Canterbury and Thanet is very easy with the main access roads only a short drive away from Nonington.

What the Owner says:

I have always lived around the area and after a long search I was able to find this flat. It has been converted from the old university accommodation but it was perfect for me as it was in the right area and with the gym it really became a no brainer. I knew that Nonington Court was unique from the minute I pulled up onto the private road, it was so quiet, there is plenty of parking which compared to others I had seen were very cramped, and this suited us down to the ground. Inside I have installed a new shower room, new carpets and new spotlights throughout. The handy utility room makes the kitchen feel much larger without having your white goods in the kitchen area. I am sad to move from here but circumstances dictated that it is time to move on.
