I have always lived around the area and after a long search I was able to find this flat. It has been converted from the old university accommodation but it was perfect for me as it was in the right area and with the gym it really became a no brainer. I knew that Nonington Court was unique from the minute I pulled up onto the private road, it was so quiet, there is plenty of parking which compared to others I had seen were very cramped, and this suited us down to the ground. Inside I have installed a new shower room, new carpets and new spotlights throughout. The handy utility room makes the kitchen feel much larger without having your white goods in the kitchen area. I am sad to move from here but circumstances dictated that it is time to move on.
