We have enjoyed many happy years in this home. The location was extremely important as we needed the balance of good schools, local amenities and the proximity to the station but on a quiet friendly road. This location fitted the bill perfectly. Whilst we were living here we re-decorated the property throughout, so hopefully the new family can just move in, relax and enjoy themselves. The children absolutely loved playing in the garden and at times the lawn resembled, Wembley, Lords and Wimbledon. There are plenty of things to do in the local area, Epping Forest is a great place to take the kids at the weekend and Highams Park boating lake is beautiful throughout the year.
