The site will be on the right hand side of the road before the right hand tuning onto Beswick Street. The land will be denoted by a Berrys Sale board.

ACCESS Proposed access to the site is to be directly off Beswick Lane which runs along the North West side of the land. 

SERVICES Mains water and drainage are available within the village of Norton-In-Hales. It is understood that mains electricity is available within the site.
