PS: The reason Wisteria Cottage has been on the market for so long: two sales fell through: one a day before the money was being transferred. They wanted an extension and waited till the last days to call planning. Of course they would have to re-apply and needed to move quickly due to their sale. Planning is at least a 6 week process. They should have done this in the beginning and not have wasted everyone's time and money. IMO, it is common sense that it is most likely to pass, as it was granted once before. We have applied again last week and need to do a bat survey. Once planning goes through we will be putting up the price, so buy it before it does.

Fordland Brook is one of our favourite features of the garden. It cleans the air and creates good energy flow. We believe this is why the cottage has very peaceful meditative energy. We believe this may be why many people live into their late 90's near this brook. Our company Kobashi.co.uk has been testing products to parts per billion and we know the importance of clean air and water.

Due to insulation and secondary glazing it's very quite and you can hear a pin drop. When outside you can hear the brook and the cars (rush hours) which remind us of the sea. This is good because over the past 26 years we have been able to make as much noise as we want outside, without bothering anyone. Ide is like living in the city and the country at the same time. If you want total quiet I suggest going and living in the country, like our farm in Dunsford.
