The flat is perfect as a first home or buy to let investment. It is very light throughout and it is great having two double bedrooms, especially when family and friends come to stay. The location is amazing! Mayow Park is just up the road which is great for an afternoon stroll. Forest Hill is only a short walk away too so we often pop up there and have a browse around the shops and boutiques, before a spot of lunch in one of the many bistros/ restaurants. The transport links are excellent too with trains and buses direct into Central London!
