The beautiful Suffolk countryside is on your doorstep, with open fields nearby and a gorgeous woods a short walk away. there is village access to the beach via two scores or a launching ramp. Dip Farm pay & play golf, Pleasurewood Hills American Theme Park are also nearby and there is a good public transport network.

To give you a brief run down of the Park. We are a family run Park. My Husband Mike's parents owned it since 1986 and Mike and I bought it from them this year in Jan as Mike's dad is now 82 and the park was getting to much for him and although he had regular customers for holidays the vans were getting old. We are REALLY excited, done a lot of research to make sure we have thought of every thing our customers require in a Beautiful, High Spec holiday home that can be home from home and believe in everything we are doing. We are not trying to be commercial like the big Parks, we believe we are offering something truly unique and special to our customers. We have been and still are in the process of refurbishing the whole park. Mike has knocked down some old vans and we have made a whole new plan to have Beautiful High Spec New holiday homes on the Park to sell. We have Brand new Plinths and all the electrics have been upgraded to house hold usage to accommodate the Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher which is integrated in the holiday home. With the Caravan, The Decking, Skirting, steps, all come within the price. Also 2 gas bottles enclosed in a Gas Unit to cover the gas bottles for safety and visual purpose and a spacious car parking space. Ground rent for the whole year from purchase is also included as is water and sewage rates, the only extra payments will be for electric used by yourself and Gas once the two bottles have been used. Every Holiday Home will have a panoramic sea view, with no caravans directly behind you so a feeling of space, exclusiveness will be yours. We are a small exclusive Park and don't have entertainment on our Park but what we do have is the tranquillity and Sea views. There will only be 8 Holiday homes for sale altogether as we want to keep the Parks visual aspect appealing, and to keep it exclusive. There is a swimming pool, entertainment, 2 pubs, a village shop, 2 churches and a Chinese takeaway in our village. We have just secured a 12 month license.
