We have lived in and enjoyed this house for over 30 years. It is a substantial home with a wonderful large garden, ideal for a family.

There is easy access to the M6 Motorway, Lancaster University and the Trough of Bowland. It is a great area for walking and cycling , with many quaint villages nearby.

There is a lovely village atmosphere and friendly neighbours. We shall be sorry to leave.
