Location 
Partney is a small village, situated at the junction of the A158 and A16 approx. 3 miles south of the market town of Spilsby. Skegness is approx. 10 miles to the east and Horncastle approx. 10 miles to the west. The land is a central "island" within the village, bounded by the old A158 Skegness Road and Maddison Lane. The village was bypassed in 2005 by the A158, which forms the main coastal route from Lincoln to Skegness. The site fronts the old A158 within the village, where traffic movements have been dramatically reduced. The land is shown for identification purposes on the attached plans and is within walking distance of local amenities including primary school, pub, church and village hall. There is a village shop/post office and petrol station on the south western edge of the village at the new junction of the A158 and A16.
