The land is shown for identification purposes on the attached plans and is within walking distance of local amenities including primary school, pub, church and village hall. There is a village shop/post office and petrol station on the south western edge of the village at the new junction of the A158 and A16. The land is shown for identification purposes edged in red on the attached plan.
