We were living in Horsham and wanted to move to a more rural location so focused on the villages surrounding Horsham. Southwater had always had a great appeal to us because of the Downs Link, Country Park, range of amenities and access to the A24. After looking at a number of properties we came to view this one, it was the most attractive home we had seen. We could not believe the amount of space and how natural light flooded through everywhere. The large reception areas have been perfect for entertaining and the garden is great for children to play.

It has been the perfect family home and it will be heart wrenching to let it go but we are relocating.
