This has been the perfect family home for over 18 years. Keeping the bathroom and toilet separate was so beneficial when my sons were teenagers, less rushing around for everyone in the mornings in particular! When I was a childminder I added the studio space in the garden. The children loved it out there and in the garden and with the gates to the driveway it was also very safe and secure. The street being so quiet and with little traffic was also great whilst the children were growing up and perfect for them to play with the other children. The time has now come for me to downsize but I really do hope a new family enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.
