In an excellent area and quiet location, everything you could ever need is within easy reach including railway stations, motorway access and Westhoughton town centre. Bolton town centre and Middlebrook retail park are both within approximately fifteen minutes drive and driving into Manchester apart from during the rush hour only takes about half an hour. I have been renting the property for the last few years and has always been a good little investment.
