Vendors Comments - We have lived in 105 Northway for over 28 years, but now at the age of 60 and our youngest child about to leave home we have decided to move on. We will miss so much about our family home, not least the way that sunshine fills every room of the house, and over the years the happy memories of so many children's parties and barbeques in the garden. The house is excellently situated only 100 yards from the park and leisure centre and in close proximity to the schools and shops, with the bonus of friendly quiet neighbours. We will especially miss the garden which is now fully established and a delight, providing complete privacy during the summer and autumn months when the beech trees are in full bloom. During these months the garden is bathed in sunshine from early morning to late evening and if we could we would roll it up and take it with us to our new home.
