Chelsea comes to Emsworth in the form of this stunning loft apartment in the heart of the village. Truly one of a kind, this unique property exudes a style befitting the contemporary way of life so popular in the likes of Holland Park, Kensington and Knightbridge.A subtle blend of exposed brickwork and rendered walls combines beautifully with overhead beams and skylights to create a tasteful fusion of rustic charm and modern flair. A galleried stairwell opens into the open plan living room which provides the instant 'wow factor' it rightfully commands. Cleverly appointed to incorporate both living and dining facilities in one and windows that flood the room with light, this room is sanctuary amidst the frenetic activity of modern life. A bespoke , gallery style kitchen with feature skylight is both practical and in keeping with the living area it connects to, making sure the whole area links nicely for entertaining. Further rooms leading from the main living area include a beautiful master bedroom and a comfortable study that could possibly be converted into a small second bedroom should it be required. The sizable bathroom is another major feature. Stylish Italian fittings blend neatly to complement the existing layout. Outside, a small courtyard garden is a haven for those wanting to watch the world go by.
What the Owner says:
This has been such a wonderful place to be and I will have more than a tear in my eye when I come to say goodbye. We are literally a stones throw away from the village and all of the local amenities, yet set far enough back to be away from the hustle and bustle. You really could not find a more convenient place to live in Emsworth if you tried. We have the benefit of being above street level and it almost feels like we are in our own little cocoon in the heart of the village. There really is not another property like this in Emsworth, it is totally unique and we are sure you will think the same.
