Location was absolutely key to us purchasing our home when we did. In terms of work, it was convenient for both of us and it was close to town, but not too close, for us to be able to enjoy everything Folkestone has to offer. The garage was an absolute must, which in this part of town is hard to find, and the size of the rooms sealed the deal.

The lounge/diner is a great family room where size really isn't compromised in the slightest and bedroom 1 was so big we decided to build an en-suite.

Being a growing family the time has come to move to a home that better suits our needs but it will come as no surprise that we will be very sad to leave.
