There is a large parking area and the cattery has its own entrance. The reception area is spacious with WC, store room and a fully functioning kitchen with washing and drying machines and separate food storage and preparation areas.

There is scope to either extend the cattery or to set up a 'farm style' shop, or even run an assortment of businesses from the 1.5 acres (subject to planning permission). The views all around are spectacular and relaxing.
