Whether you are a first time buyer looking to take your very first steps onto the property ladder, an older buyer looking to downsize and release some equity for your pension pot or a buy to let investor hoping to add another little gem to their portfolio, then this two bedroom terraced property is certainly worth a closer inspection.

The property is perfectly located for that commute to work as you are just a 10 minute walk or so to Littlehaven train station which has regular trains up to London. For those of us that drive to work then Horsham’s northern bypass is just a few minutes drive away and links up easily with the M23, Gatwick Airport and the south coast.

The local buses also stop nearby and can also whisk you off to the town centre in about 10 minutes or so, perfect for a quick shopping trip or a night out with friends. There is a local parade of shops just along North Heath Lane and includes a chemist, a mini supermarket and the Post Office.

There is a great size lounge that leads into the kitchen/breakfast room, whilst on the first floor there are two good size double bedrooms both serviced by the family bathroom. These two bedroom houses always prove to be very popular, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to take a closer look.

What the Owner says:

I have really loved the garden here, it’s a decent but manageable size so I’ve never been a slave to it, 15 minutes or so each week with the lawn mower keeps it well under control during the summer. The garden faces due south too so you have plenty of sunshine and as I’m away from any busy main roads it is lovely and peaceful as well.

I am a member at the Holbrook Club which is just a short walk away. I often pop up there for a game of squash or tennis, or maybe to spend an hour or so at the gym. There are lots of other activities on offer too, including the members bars if you are not feeling so energetic.
