I bought this property as an investment and it has been successfully let for many years. More recently it has been renovated after my tenants moved out and I have used it myself as a weekend holiday home. The main reason I chose this flat was the outside space it offered which is such a bonus in the summer. You also have a covered storage area to keep everything dry and packed away.
The beach is just around the corner and you can get a glimpse of the sea over neighbouring roof tops. Having my own parking space has also proved invaluable as you can leave the car all day and easily walk into town or to the beach and not have to worry about moving it or getting a ticket.
