We loved the contemporary feel of the property and the large living space as well as the security the building offered. We also loved the village location and overlooking Lintot Square. The amenities are great and so close by with the Country Park being just around the corner and Horsham only 10 minutes up the road when you need more.When we outgrew the flat and moved on, it has served well as an investment property and we've never struggled to find good tenants.
