It was about 30 years ago and we were living in a 2 bedroom flat in Cranliegh and looking to upgrade to a house. We had always liked Barns Green village but at the time there wasn’t much on the market. We heard about this property which had a large garden and it sounded perfect. When we arrived at the viewing we immediately loved how quiet the road was and could see a lot of potential but the main selling point was the garden which was an unbelievable size. We have subsequently extended to suit our growing family needs. It has been the most amazing family home for 30 years but now I am rattling around on my own I have decided to downsize to something smaller. I will be sad to leave.
