PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

When you get home from a hard day at work what you really need is peace and quiet and this is what is on offer in abundance in this lovely home.

There is a lovely size lounge area where you can sit with a cup of tea in the afternoon and look out of the windows across the rear garden. The property has a real Mediterranean feel with an archway from the lounge area to the dining area so by moving in you could always feel like you are on holiday.

When the sun is shining the garden is the perfect place to relax and read a book and get lost in your own thoughts. It is really quiet here and the garden is large enough if you wanted a little project to maybe add a conservatory, you have got the space (subject to the necessary consents). Also the garden is very good for those of you with green fingers as you have a bit of a blank canvas to cast colour over.

At the weekends why not take a stroll with the kids down to the historic water mill to feed the ducks and stretch the legs of your most trusted companion.

River has it own Primary school, Post-Office and village shop and Kearnsey Railway station is also nearby, ideal for anyone needing to commute to work with access to the main road as well.

What the Owner says:

I love living in River and this has been the perfect home as it is so quiet here. With the shop just a short walk away you have got everything you need in the village to the point where if you want to, there would be no need to ever leave.

My family are returning to their roots and this is the only reason why I am leaving as I am going with them. I am really excited by this but will be sad to leave my home. I hope somebody else is as happy here as I have been.
