The conservatory style, semi open-plan living space, which incorporates a kitchen, lounge
and dining area, is spacious and light.

The panelled ceilings mirror the pitch of the hip roof, make a striking internal feature.

Central to the living space, a prominent feature wall houses a contemporary styled wall-hung
fire to one side and a free standing breakfast bar to the other.

Yearly site fees payable of 3,600.00 per annum.
New lodges come with a standard 20 year licence. Longer licence periods are available for lodges that are a minimum of 20 feet wide and longer than 42 feet in length:
25 year term at additional cost
30 year term at additional cost

All lodge prices quoted are plus decking. The prices of decks start from 4,000 for a standard 20 feet x 8 feet timber deck. Larger decking is negotiable.

There is a metered LPG gas supply, a metered water and electric supply from the main park supply.
The council rates/water supply and refuse to each plot currently holds an additional cost of approx 250 per annum.
In keeping with such an investment, you will not be responsible for chores such as grass cutting and ground care around your lodge. These tasks will all be taken care of for you so that you are free to relax and make the best of your holiday time in the lodge.
The lodge would not be able to be sub-let but members of your own family and friends would be welcome to stay at the lodge.
You cannot use the lodge as your main home. You can stay in it whilst on holiday but you must provide proof of your own permanent address.
The lodges can be used for a ten and half month season from 1st March to 15th January.
