Option Agreement Details

The entirety of the land has been identified as having future development potential. The current owners have entered into an option agreement with a planning consultant for a period of 20 years which commenced on the 21 April 2005.

During the period of the option agreement the planning consultant will promote the land to the Local Authority as a suitable residential development site with a view to securing planning permission.

Under the terms of the option agreement, on the grant of planning permission the planning consultant will have the right to purchase the land from the owner of the land at that time for 70% of the Market Value of the land having the benefit of planning permission.
