From the St Mary’s Church cross roads on the A384, head west taking the road sign-posted ‘Week’ and proceed for approximately ¼ of a mile. At Week follow the road round to the left. At the next junction, turn right, taking the road signposted Billany, Belleigh and Westcombe. Proceed for 400yds round to the right and up the hill. The entrance to the land can be found on the right hand side, identified by a Michelmore Hughes ‘For Sale’ board. A small parking area is available in a shallow lay-by 10 yards further along the road.

The property is sold subject to Dartington Hall Trust standard restrictive covenants prohibiting development without consent and with all existing public and private rights of way, wayleaves, easements and other rights, privileges, covenants and liabilities affecting the property or any part thereof whether mentioned in these particulars or not.
