This is purchased with the view of housing our daughter while she was at university. The location was perfect for this as it meant that she had really great access to all parts of Southsea on foot.

The property itself is spacious particularly the lounge/ diner and the added extra of the dressing room/study is really handy.

We will be sad to see the property go!
