When I was originally looking to buy a house I wanted something that was practical yet spacious and being this was a new build I knew it would be very low maintenance.I chose this house over others because of its outlook over the trees and the green. When I get the chance to have a lay in, I will often look out to the views beyond with a cup of tea. It feels like such a relaxing place to be. The house is really easy to clean and is very economical to run.I am only moving now to be in the countryside.
