Burnham Market is a much visited village close to the North Norfolk Coast. Often thought of as the loveliest in Norfolk, the village has a full range of privately owned and run shops including a delicatessen, wine merchants, butchers, chemist and boutiques. Amenities include a primary school, post office, doctor's surgery, dentist, garage, hard tennis courts, a fine parish church and a range of hostelries including "The Hoste" - a renowned 4-star hotel. The village is centred around a green of mainly Georgian houses in what is considered an extremely desirable location.
