Burnham Market is a much visited village close to the North Norfolk Coast. Often thought of as the loveliest in Norfolk, the village has a full range of privately owned and run shops including a delicatessen, wine merchants, butchers, chemist and boutiques. Amenities include a primary school, post office, doctor's surgery, dentist, garage, hard tennis courts, a fine parish church and a range of hostelries including "The Hoste" - a renowned 4-star hotel. The village is centred around a green of mainly Georgian houses in what is considered an extremely desirable location. Herrings Lane is probably the most sought after location in Burnham Market, a quiet lane tucked away from the bustle of the village green.

The Burnhams comprise six villages situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty boasting miles of sandy beaches and saltmarshes full of birds and wildlife crisscrossed by creeks and harbours. To the west are also the popular coastal villages of Brancaster and Thornham offering sailing clubs, the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club and RSPB Reserve. To the east is Wells-next-the-Sea, and further along the coast, Blakeney and Cley making Burnham Market a superbly positioned village for taking advantage of all this beautiful part of the world has to offer.

Eden House was built in 2012 and is finished to a very high standard. A covered open sided porch leads to the double part glazed front doors and into the entrance hall with oak flooring and under stairs cupboard. To the right off the hallway is the study with Neville Johnson office furniture. Further double glass doors lead from the hall into the sitting room, a lovely light duel aspect room with French doors leading to the south facing terrace and bifold doors leading out onto the west facing raised and decked veranda. The sitting room has an inglenook style brick fireplace with wood burner and engineered oak wood flooring.

Steps from the sitting room lead down into the kitchen/breakfast room with fitted paint finished base and wall units, granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, American Style fridge freezer, wine cooling fridge, double Flavel range cooker with extractor above and travertine tiled floor. This is a lovely light room with south and west facing windows and east facing bifold doors leading out onto the terrace.

The Utility room off the main hallway has a range of units with, sink, Whirlpool washing machine and tumble dryer. This room leads to the back door and the integral double garage and has a separate WC /shower room making it ideal for coming straight off the beach without putting sand through the whole house.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room, 3 further double bedrooms (one with en suite bath/shower room) and all have built in cupboards. There is a further large family bath/shower room. All of the bathrooms are finished to a high standard with stone tiled floors and bath or shower surrounds, vanity units and contemporary sanitary ware.

Outside there is an integral double garage with an area of brick paved parking infront. The garden is private and enclosed by a mixture of willow fencing, and a lovely tall brick and flint wall some original and some newly constructed. The garden has been carefully designed and planted and has an area of sandstone south facing terrace and a further raised decked veranda to catch the evening light.
