We moved into the house just under 2 years ago and at the time it was great way to get onto the property ladder. It had everything we wanted and needed for our growing family and the location was really convenient. We did look at a few other new builds but for the same price, they were considerably smaller.
We’ve added in the air-conditioning to the bedrooms which makes a huge difference during the summer months and there are solar panels fitted which are all ready to go! We’ve also laid the garden with artificial turf which makes life a lot easier.
There’s a garage to the side of the house with a parking space and we also have another space allocated to us and there are visitor spaces as well so parking is never an issue.
