We knew that this would be the ideal property for us from the moment we arrived and the allocated parking was a bonus. The location was fantastic, with a choice of buses going either to Stratford or The West End means no stress travelling.

The property had been newly built when we bought it which meant that we had the additional peace of mind that there was a guarantee attached to it. This will obviously be passed onto the next owner for them to have the same benefit which we have enjoyed.
