I bought this property as a buy to let investment and it has been a great source of income throughout that time. Because of where it is, luckily it never seemed to stay empty for long even when one tenant moved out, it was always easy to find another. I prefer to rent to families as they usually present less of a risk and the current tenants are both reliable and a pleasure to rent to. With this property I feel you get a lot for your money as the rooms are spacious and the garden is a great size.
