Loch Steisevat
A deep loch, about a mile long and predominantly fished by boat. Early high water allows it to be fished successfully from July through to October. Some good brown trout can be found in the shallower waters. The vendors have a joint one half pro indiviso right to salmon fishings with the proprietors of Kyles Estate to Loch Steisevat.

Loch Langavat
Nearly three miles long and very deep in places. It has good numbers of brown trout, some of which are a good size. All beats can be fished from the banks, by wading or from a boat. The vendors are selling the salmon and other fishing rights in this loch.
