Seller’s Comments
The extension to the first floor area could be re-arranged to include a 4th bedroom and smaller bathroom, in the end we used the landing area as our study so didn't need to do this. The floor plan will give you a good idea of the size and potential.

We appreciate our home is now in need of re-decoration however the house was re-plastered right through prior to being papered again so there are good walls underneath.

With the position of the house, there are fantastic views to the rear. There is a rear lane access so we have cleared an area ready to build a garage however this is something we didn't need in the end.
