Tenure: Freehold

If you are looking for the easy life into retirement, then look no further than this fantastic bungalow. You will not need to sacrifice space in your living area, as the large lounge area coupled with the extended dining area, should have plenty of room for when the family come to visit. This space is a great spot for you to relax too - with lovely large windows, the light really does fill the room. If you have a hobby you need space for, or work from home then the utility/ workshop will be ideal for you too.

The garden is a lovely size and has room for you to create a really interesting environment, whether this is with flowers and shrubs, or space for the children or grandchildren to kick a ball around. Those who prefer it more low maintenance will be please to see the current set up with large patio area. With parking on the drive and the garage, you also have the perfect spot to keep your "pride and joy" tucked up and safe this winter, if you are a classic car enthusiast, or use every day in the colder weather without worrying about clearing off ice and snow.

Whilst the position is quiet and secluded, with views over fields to the rear you are also very close to Teynham’s local shops. You are also in a great spot for the buses, or for longer journeys the A2 is a short trip up the road, which of course gives quick access to the M2 whether it is a trip down to the coast or a day out in London!

What the Owner says:

We stumbled upon Teynham when we were on our way along the A2 when we decided to move out of the London rat race and get more property for our money in Kent. We were very pleased to find this property in particular, tucked away and with the fields behind. Teynham is great, with a semi rural feel but with its own local shops, pubs and takeaways.

Access back up to London on the A2 or M2 or on the train on the Victoria line is very handy. You can also be in Sittingbourne within a short drive for a larger town, or you can be in Faversham in the other direction.
