I have lived in this house for thirty one years, as soon as I drove up to the outside I wanted it as I just new it was the house for me, in fact I called to secure the house straight away.

Since living here I have carried out a lot of work including replacing the kitchen, adding a radiator in the downstairs cloakroom , boarding the loft and fitting a pull down ladder, laying laminate flooring, redecorating, replacing the fencing outside as well as fitting a new front and back door I have also had cavity wall insulation added to the walls.

I would love to stay here as the neighbours are superb but I am relocating out of the area.
