When I first saw the apartment, I was really taken by the feeling of light and space inside. Having the sunny patio area and off road parking was also a real attraction.

I suppose what appealed to me most was the location as it is right in the heart of the village and so close to everything you could want.

I knew it would be a perfect rental for someone and I was certainly proved right! Now that I have had to relocate out of the area, I feel the time is right to hand this fantastic apartment over to the next lucky owner.
