I have always liked older homes and although this one needed work on it, I knew it was perfect for me and could see how I could make it my own. My mother knew I would be happy here and she was right, it has a lovely relaxed and soft feel about it, a bit like a warm overcoat. The neighbours are friendly and the location is really good. I walk to Emsworth and it is so convenient for the shops in Southbourne and easy to jump on the 700 bus or train to Chichester, Portsmouth or further. I have spent a lot of time making my home very personal to me and I really want to find the buyer who loves it for what it is as I think it is unique. The garden is private and a mass of colour, if circumstances hadn't made this move necessary I would stay here for the rest of my life. I so hope the next owner connects with its calm aura as I have.
