Proudly standing in the heart of Folkestone, in an area which can only be perceived as convenient in so many ways, if you are looking for a home that is going to cater for family needs and make life easier, just based on the impressive array of amenities which surround it, then this home is an absolute must view.

It is obvious when stood outside this semi-detached home, based on its grand facade, that in terms of space it has rather a lot. Set out over four floors this is the type of home where its layout has a versatile nature meaning it has the flexibility to be utilised to suit your own needs. If three bedrooms were not required then you could very easily have an additional reception room whether it be for dining purposes, an office or a play room.

Giving you that all important outside space the rear garden is fully paved allowing low maintenance with surrounding flower beds so there is still an opportunity to put your green finger skills to the test. For those with a busy lifestyle this kind of garden will be ideal.

The kitchen/breakfast room is bound to keep the family together and it is easy to imagine the children tucking into their cornflakes whilst you are getting their packed lunches ready for the day. Another room which will have the family spending time together is the lounge where with its bay front light cascades in to ensure there is never a dull moment.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

Living here is great as you are in the heart of everything. Radnor Park is literally across the road and great for recreational use. A short walk further is Folkestone Central Station which gives you high speed links to London and the town centre itself is also within easy reach so you can shop til you drop and not have far to bring it home.

Transport links, in addition to the train, are brilliant. The bus service is very regular and the M20 motorway makes car travel a breeze; having a parking space is a real godsend.
