We like that the sun comes in the front room and goes into the kitchen as it goes over in the day. Its nice to have a window in the kitchen. Everything is nearby including the shops across the road, Morrisons supermarket and train station or bus stop. There is surprisingly no noise from the passing traffic. The neighbours are friendly but not overly friendly. The manager is on site which can be helpful. The garden is to the rear and is very enjoyable. Its also a very warm flat."
