What first really attracted us to this property was its appearance, it's a beautiful Victorian house and situated on a nice quiet street. We have maintained the house to an excellent standard, ensuring it's ready to move straight into. The garden is fantastic, it's a great size and provides all day sun, allowing our kids to run around outside at all times and for us to enjoy a barbecue after work on a nice summer's evening. The location of the house is terrific being close to the town and station. It's also close to Priory Park which has an excellent playground which our kids love. It's also within the catchment area for both Holmesdale Infants and Reigate Priory School. We are sure whoever buys the property will love the house, the area and the friendly neighbourhood.
