Continue along this road for about 11 miles and upon reaching the town of Newnham, pass through the town (staying on the A48) and after about 1 mile upon leaving the town, take a right-hand turn onto a private drive signed “The Haie” (there is an old lodge house at the entrance). Continue along this drive for about 1 mile and follow the sign for The Barns.
