If you are looking or a detached two bedroom bungalow with a fabulous sea view then this could be the one for you. Being on the higher side of the road you are blessed with the delightful views across the Downs and the sea in the distance. You have the lovely large lounge which has a stunning wood burner and a separate dining room which is a perfect place to sit down with your evening meal and a well deserved glass of wine.

The kitchen to the front of the property has recently been updated and has a large range cooker, perfect for cooking up those hearty meals and there is the added bonus of a large conservatory which is a perfect place to sit and unwind with a cup of coffee looking out to the garden. There will be no arguing over who gets the biggest bedroom as the two bedrooms are a great size and you have the benefit that both are set back from the road so you can relax.

Parking will not be a problem here as you have a driveway but you also have the added benefit of a garage that is adjacent to the house, a great place for storing the bikes and the tools. If you like the outdoors, just look out of the window! The property faces onto the Downs and you get some amazing sunsets along with some lovely neighbours (including the frequent sheep who live opposite).

Nothing needs to be done in this home just pack up your belongings, move in and enjoy your life at its best!

What the Owner says:

We love our home which we bought as soon as it became available, however, now it is time to move to the country to peruse our equestrian dream, we are leaving the area with much sadness and have had some wonderful memories here but we really are looking now for something with a lot of land for our horses. Dog walking is a big feature of our lives which is why we fell in love with this home and the beautiful surroundings, where else can you walk into the countryside in less than a minute? The pub at the bottom of the road is a really lovely place to relax and have a coffee and the food is simply superb. There are a lot of things we will miss here but alas its time to begin our new adventure and we hope the new owners love it as much as we did.
