INTERNAL SPECIFICATION Internal doors are of a 6 panel wood grain effect, painted white. Ceilings are also painted white and the walls are magnolia. 75mm architrave painted white as is the 150mm skirting board, both are made from MDF. 

KITCHEN A range of units with a worktop, cooker, hob and extractor system. Spaces are provided for fridge freezer and washing machine. Combi boiler, radiator, light switches, four double sockets, six downlights and smoke alarm.
