This property has been in our family since it was built many years ago. My grandparents actually owned it prior to me which was great as we knew the house well before we purchased it. It was the one for us as the house had all the space we needed for a first time home and enough room to grow into as our family extended. The tram links and schools nearby were another wonderful feature that we knew we would benefit from.
Overall it has been the perfect place to raise our child, we have got lovely neighbours too and will be really sad to leave. We really wish the new owners well and are excited to embark on our next chapter.
