I bought this house in 1988 mainly for its location, the space downstairs and, unlike a lot of houses in the area, it had its own driveway rather than sharing one with the neighbour.I added to the existing extension by building another floor above which gave us a lot more space upstairs. Since moving in the house has always been looked after and updated and, in recent times, I have installed a new bathroom and fitted out the main bedroom.
