Approximately 1 mile of single bank with seven named pools. The River Teifi is renowned as being one of the best salmon and sea trout rivers in Wales. The river is renowned for the quality of its sea trout fishing in particular, together with salmon, brown trout and the occasional grayling.

There are no formal catch records for this beat. The opposite bank in different ownership is rarely fished. The fishing has the benefit of a purpose built fishing hut and easy access on foot along the river bank.

The Farmland
