Cross Villa is an interesting village property, situated on the cross and facing up the village beyond the memorial cross. It is centrally located at the head of Church Street and Main Street. The property known as "Cross Villa" has recently been re-decorated both externally, and the interior main rooms. A new boiler has been fitted in spring 2016, which serves the central heating and hot water, and also the shower in the bathroom.

There is a cottage garden, which has gated access, at present it is gravelled and there is space to park a vehicle off road.

The bedrooms on the second floor have slopping ceilings and Velux windows in the roof and our measurements are taken at eave height for identification.

This property has no ongoing chain and is available for viewing by appointment.

The village of Wyre Piddle has a popular riverside position and has a local pub, small hotel and guest house within the village. There is a marina and Pershore rugby club playing fields down on the meadow lands where there is also pedestrian footpath to Pershore along the river.

The market town of Pershore is Georgian styled and provides high street shopping facilities and supermarket together with an indoor market and a leisure complex. The river Avon runs to the east of the town lending itself for scenic walks and leisure pursuits. There are two medical centres and a new hospital and town library, together with excellent educational facilities within the area. Pershore now has Number 8 which is run by voluntary help and provides theatre activities, a cinema, ballet and yoga classes and is very much a part of Pershore community living.

Off Station Road there is the railway link to London Paddington or Worcester Shrub Hill travelling on to Birmingham. The motorway is approximately nine miles distant at Worcester junction 7 bringing Birmingham to the north and Bristol to the south within commutable distance. Other main centres are Stratford-upon-Avon with the theatre and racecourse, Cheltenham with National Hunt horse racing and the Everyman Theatre and major main shopping, Worcester with the famous Cathedral and equally famous cricket club together with the river Severn and good shopping centre.
