The Vendor's View - The first time we viewed the property, we knew it was right for us. It had everything we wanted; located near the beach, but with a garden, garage and parking, unlike some of the other properties we viewed close to the beach. Space for our family and friends to come and stay was an added bonus, everyone loves Broadstairs!

There are many features we love about the property. The space and versatility it has provided over the years has been invaluable and we have used the rooms in many different ways during our time here, such as swapping the living and dining room and bedrooms for a study or office space. Our favourite room is probably the conservatory that opens up onto the decking, which is an ideal place to relax with a coffee on a sunny morning. The downstairs shower room is great too, particularly, when returning "sandy" from the beach.

Broadstairs is great place to live! Having previously lived in a rural area, moving here we found that we could walk everywhere, to the shops, schools, restaurants, cafes, pubs as well as the beach. There are many community events and great bands play in the local pubs. The schools in the area are all highly regarded too.
