Oh, and the fact that it was on the corner of a main road. Well, there are no such problems here. This lovely semi has a south-facing garden that is remarkably secluded, and a great size for a young family, and it enjoys a much, much quieter aspect too. The house currently has two bedrooms, but the owners (who built the two houses a few years ago) assure us that there is scope (subject to getting planning permission etc) to add another bedroom over the dining room."
