Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Driving into the pretty lane, the road itself had an air of grandeur and upon setting site on the house, it has an instant welcoming feel that makes you want to go inside.

This beautiful home has the character of a 1930s home yet it is spacious and modern and provides an ideal layout for most modern day families.

You can imagine gathering in the kitchen/dining area with the family to catch up on the day's events.

Having the open plan garden room extension area means that you can utilise the space as a day room and you're bound to enjoy sitting out here whilst you take in the views over the extensive garden.

With a study room on the ground floor, the children can catch up on their homework in peace and quiet or perhaps you could work from home!

With 3 double bedrooms, you can keep the children's toys out of the living space and ensure that you get to relax in your own haven at the end of a long day.

The property is located approximately 5 minutes to junction 9 of the M20 and only a few minutes more to Ashford town centre.

What the Owner says:

When we bought our house nearly 20 years ago, it was because we wanted a home that would be big enough for our growing family. We loved the location as it feels rural yet it is only just off the A20 so it is easy to get around.
Over the years, we have extended the house to give us 3 double bedrooms and the open plan conservatory really opens up the kitchen/dining area making it a great family room.
The garden has been ideal for the children and we have enjoyed being green fingered over the years. With a good size driveway and a garage, we have plenty of room for guests to park and for storage.
We are only moving now as we want to downsize.
